The Blue Team was finally victorious last night on Hell's Kitchen, as we saw the women taken down and Briana be sent home by Chef Ramsay. Can the men keep it going or will the women finish their first dinner service and take home a victory?
The Red Team comes back and still angry that Barbie is back with them. The next day, to wake the chefs up early, Chef Ramsay sends in dogs to wake them up. They put some overalls on and head to a farm to meet Chef Ramsay for the next challenge.
Each team will make four lamb dishes. Chef Ramsay lets the sheep lose and the teams scramble to grab handkerchiefs off the sheep, which hold the ingredients to make those lamb dishes. As they struggled through running down the sheep, the Red Team ended up with one more ingredient than the Blue Team.
The chefs head back and change and then meet Chef Ramsay in Hell's Kitchen, where they find out what four dishes they will have to make: Lamb Steak, Rack of Lamb, Lamb Chop and Ground Lamb and they have 45 minutes. Barbie and Robyn get their rack of lamb started right away, while Justin and Guy are still coming up with a game plan for the Blue Team. Guy starts screaming, as he cut his finger. Medics come in only to find out it is a little cut. Band-Aid for Guy and let's move on!
Roshni and Kimmie are working on the Ground Lamb for the Red Team and Kimmie takes a risk making curry for Ground Lamb, which scares Roshni. Robyn wanted to keep the lamb in longer, but her team told her to take it out. They rush around, as time expires, to get the dishes in order for Chef Ramsay to look at.
Up first: Battle of the Lamb Chop, which is Tiffany and Danielle for the Red Team and Clemenza and Don for the Blue Team. For the Red Team, he says it is delicious and he would pay great money for it. For the Blue Team, he says it melts in his mouth and both teams get one point.
Next up: Battle of the Ground Lamb, which is Patrick for the Blue Team and Kimmie and Roshni for the Red Team. For the Red Team, Chef Ramsay says it is delicious. For the Blue Team, Chef Ramsay says it is creative. The Red Team has edge on the seasoning and they gain the point. So, Red Team leads 2-1.
Next up: Battle of the Rack of Lamb, which is Barbie and Robyn for the Red and Justin and Guy for the Blue Team. For the Red Team, Chef Ramsay says the lamb is raw and refuses to eat it. For the Blue Team, Chef Ramsay says the dish works and one point for the Blue Team and we are tied 2-2.
The last plate: Battle of the Lamb Steak, which is Dana and Christina for the Red Team and Royce and Brian for the Blue Team. For the Red Team, Chef Ramsay says the braising was a bold move, but it works. For the Blue Team, Chef Ramsay says this is delicious and seasoned perfectly. The point goes to the Blue Team and they finally won a challenge.
For winning, the Blue Team will take a VIP trip for a day at the races. Their chauffeur and limousine is waiting for them. Chef Ramsay gives them $100 to gamble on the horses. The Red Team will be going back and cleaning the paint off the sheep and also cleaning the kitchen for dinner service that night. For lunch, the Red Team gets to eat some lamb testicles!
The loss starts to divide the Red Team, as cliques are starting to form. Danielle starts in on Kimmie for being bitchy with her all day. Christina breaks it up, but tensions are running high. The Blue Team comes back and changes and gets back in the kitchen for dinner service. Diners are arriving and Hell's Kitchen is open again.
The Red Team sends out some bland and undercooked risotto, which gets them out to a slow start. For the Blue Team, Justin and Brian try to get the appetizers off to a good start, but the salmon is sent out raw. Danielle tries again on the risotto and gets it right, as appetizers start going out. Brian gets the salmon right and they start pushing out appetizers as well.
It is now time for entrees, as Brian tries to redeem himself for the Blue Team. He doesn't, as he sends out raw cod. Brian and fish are not going well tonight. He burnt so much cod, he is now out of cod. Chef Ramsay asks for three plates of cod and he tells him he only has one cod left. They switch to Sea Bass and after calling Chef Ramsay, Baby, Brian gets kicked out of the kitchen.
Over on the Red Team, Roshni tries to get entrees out. She sends up raw Beef Wellingtons. I swear, no one can make them. Back on the Blue Team, Don sends up some Beef Wellingtons. Don may be slow, but he sends up some perfect Beef Wellingtons and they have entrees headed out to the dining room. Roshni is going back and forth on the Beef Wellington, as she keeps putting the meat in and out of the oven. She sends up another raw Beef Wellington and Chef Ramsay kicks her out of the kitchen and Danielle nervously takes over the meat section.
On the Blue Team, after sending up perfect entrees, Don struggles to send up cooked meat. He keeps sending up raw meat, but then sends up overcooked meat. Chef Ramsay kicks him out of the kitchen. For the Red Team, they send up too much seasoning (Robyn) and cold sauce (Danielle) and Chef Ramsay kicks them both out. For the Blue Team, Chef Ramsay asks for Sea Bass and Justin and Royce both say they are cooking. No communication and Chef Ramsay kicks them both out.
Two hours into dinner service and only a few entrees have been sent out and over half of the chefs have been kicked out of the kitchen. With fewer chefs in the kitchen, the teams have managed to send out more food and both teams successfully finish their dinner services. The losing team tonight is both teams, so they must both come up with two chefs they want to send home.
For the Blue Team, Brian couldn't cook the fish and he has to be put on the chopping block. Don struggled with the Beef Wellington and he is put on the chopping block. For the Red Team, Robyn says that it is anyone who got kicked out of the kitchen should be put up. There were three (Robyn, Danielle and Roshni) kicked out, but they struggle to come up with two.
Back to the kitchen and the Blue Team tell their nominees, which are Don and Brian. For the Red Team, they nominate Roshni and then struggle to say the second nominee, which ends up being Danielle. Out of four dinner services, Roshni has been up for nomination three times and Chef Ramsay asks if she is over her head. They all tell Chef Ramsay why they should remain in Hell's Kitchen. After hearing their pleas, Chef Ramsay sends home Don. He tells Danielle and Brian to get back in line and tells Roshni to give him his jacket and take a blue jacket, as she joining the Blue Team.
