 ::SPOILER ALERT IF YOU HAVEN'T READ THE NEWS:: The Duggars may call it miracle, but Jill Duggar Dillard delivered a baby boy on the same day as the gender reveal episode of 19 Kids and Counting aired.

Jill is 17 weeks along, past the morning sickness, and ready to find out what she and husband, Derick Dillard, are having. They have two names picked out; Selah if it's a girl which means pause and reflect and Israel if it's a boy which means God will prevail. To share her special moment she has invited her buddy team (Joy, James and Jenny) to the ultrasound and they're also responsible for helping with the gender reveal party. (If each Duggar child has 19 children they will have 361 gender reveal parties.)

Derick's mom is still undergoing cancer treatment so he has sent his brother over 450 miles away to Omaha, Nebraska to surprise her with the news. Upon arrival he buys one pink and one blue bouquet and waits for the text from Derick. She has no idea he is there to visit her and is over the moon about the surprise saying it's giving her a great distraction from the treatments and even better motivation to get home.

Did you know the Duggars have a dog? (Over the years the Duggars have had 15 pets.) Yep an his name is Bubba and it's time for his bath at a do-it-yourself dog wash. I'm not sure if it's best to have several caregivers or not, but as Bubba was once James' responsibility, he has been passed down to Jackson. As long as he gets fed.

Now that Jill and Jessa are out of the house, things are getting a little chaotic in the chore area. Each child is given a "jurisdiction", such as laundry, bathrooms, trash, etc. The younger kids are responsible for inside duties while the older kids (mainly boys) are outside doing work with Jim Bob at their properties. Each child spends about 250 hours yearly in their jurisdiction. Can they come to my house?
