You say in your town it is still hard to be accepted as a medium. I understand that because I have an ugly congenital birth defect on my face that impairs my appearance significantly. I have complex strabismus with seriously unequal refraction in each eye making it that much more difficult to stay more or less aligned. So I never felt comfortable within my own skin. But I guess as human nature would have I still hope against hope that one day I will look symmetrical and pretty.
