Voted - hope your weekend has been as interesting as mine. One more day to go! There are a lot of places in NOLA with paranortmal activity day or night. I think one of the best places to go for your tour of the St Louis Cemetery is with the Voodoo Museum. There are some hokey tourist trap tours so be careful. There are at least a half dozen hotels in the French Quarter with possible activity, just not where I stayed - the St Pierre on Burgundy.
