You can count on it Mike. I always hate to jinks myself when thinks are progressing along. This business is full of disappointments and lies and you just have to accept each one as it comes! I think you are finding that out by now!

Well Mike, it's been terrible weather here, it was 81 yesterday and in the 70's today. Wait a minute, that's not so terrible, is it? Just enjoying some fun in the sun.

Oh, and, to clarify: You won't be served a live fish in a Japanese restaurant here in AMERICA. In Japan, however, there are several dishes that do involve serving your meal still alive on the plate, including several variations of the popular dish sashimi. But, blessedly, here in the USA, that's unlikely to happen without every animal rights activist in the country coming down on that restaurant. My family just doesn't quite grasp the difference...

Glimpses into my life: I'm just getting home from a breakfast with a group of my friends here - a local group of occult scholars, ranging from witches, psychics, students, and even a couple of certified holistic therapists. It's an open forum for discussion. This morning's talk was on: "What is the best way to prevent your purse from being stolen?" Without missing a beat, the oldest woman in the room, (a seventy-something year old witch) piped up, "Oh, there are lots of charms and spells for that, but it's so much easier to toss a pentacle and a skull charm into the purse. Let the theif think the wrath of hell is going to get him before lunch, and you'd be shocked how fast that missing purse just turns right on up!" Score, one more instance of everyone else in the restaurant scooting slowly away from our little tables. Have a fantastic Friday! VAI.
