A&E's #1 show, "60 Days In" returns for a second season with new innocent people participating in Sheriff Jamey Noel's program at Clark County Jail in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
 
"Undercover participants who pose as prisoners to help expose internal corruption, drug use and unnecessary violence... Joshua Waring, 27, the son of former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star, Lauri Peterson, was arrested yesterday on attempted murder charges in the shooting of a man on Monday.
 
The Los Angeles Times reported Waring was arrested for allegedly shooting a 35-year-old man in the lower torso at a home around 2:30 am. A witness identified Waring, but informed police he'd fled in a stolen BMW SUV. About 8 hours later, Waring was arrested after a police chase and brief standoff.

Tonight on  FOX's "So You Think You Can Dance: The Next Generation," the talented dancers selected from auditions will begin to battle it out at "The Academy." Also, the new (next generation) judge, Maddie Ziegler, will join the show and meet the contestants for the first time.
