This week’s episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County starts with Gretchen and her princess tiara. She just won’t let go of the comment of Alexis’s and even has a new license plate frame about being a princess.

The girls go shoe shopping and Gretchen is introduced to Peggy, the newest housewife. They go to dinner and talk about their husband/boyfriend‘s penises and sex life. Peggy notices that Alexis is very competitive with her and has to outdo every story. 

Meanwhile, Vicki is having tons of work done on her house and considering selling it and also has lunch with Tamra. Their relationship has suffered from the previous year, and they are starting to mend fences.  Tamra talks about her divorce and how difficult it is, but she is dating someone new and is going on a vacation with him to Spain.  Tamra admits that Vicki was caught in the middle and asks her if she wants to go to Cabo for a girl trip (finally).

We finally meet Eddie, Tamra’s new boyfriend.  They go to Laguna and meet a friend, Marcos, who introduced them.  Then they go back to Tamra’s new house in Ladera Ranch and we get to watch an awkward love scene on reality television. Eddie pounds red wine in order to get nakey for the cameras and she tells him that she loves him. Tamra believes that Eddie is her soul mate.  And has a romantic scene on the show to show us.

Alexis and her family go on a trip to San Diego. Alexis waits on her husband and kids and then Jim takes her to get jewelry in La Jolla but instead buys himself 2 watches.  Wow, Alexis gets beaten down again.

Peggy’s mother in law is a naturopathic practitioner and they maintain a homeopathic lifestyle.  She gives her a hologram bracelet to wear for her waning hormones….ahhh, that’s right, Orange County IS in California!

Gretchen and Slade are going on a little vacation too, and bickering the entire way to Palm Springs to visit friends. Gretchen is picking on Slade for what he is eating at dinner and then the conversation turns to Tamra and their war.  Then it turns to marriage and Gretchen says she doesn’t want to get married, she wants a lease so she can trade in when the time comes.  Sounds like no matter what Gretchen tells us, she is still not sold on Slade being “the one”.
