Reality Wanted had the opportunity to interview America's favorite trainer turned "Biggest Loser" host, Bob Harper, before the upcoming season of "The Biggest Loser: Temptation Nation." Bob always has so much to share because he's full of good advice and so passionate about what he does. Check out what he had to say about the upcoming season:

RW: Last year, Jen was so successful and won so many weigh-ins. Do you think that was Jen's beginner's luck or do you think she's going to give Dolvett a run for his money again this season?

Bob Harper: Oh I think that you're going to see that she's going to definitely give Dolvett a run for his money. I think that Jen coming in, this is her second season, she is tough, she is hungry, she is focused and when you work with someone like that it's going to require you to like really bring your A game and you're going to see in the beginning that she comes in with guns blazing like more so than ever. And it's like Dolvett is going to have to really like step up his game to compete with her.

RW: This season is called "temptation nation" and we're in the midst of probably the most tempting season of the year. What do you tell contestants or anyone else who's trying to lose weight to stay strong and avoid temptations during the holidays?

Bob Harper: I mean I think I try to get people to keep the big picture in mind; that you know January 1 is going to come around and you're going to be like 'Oh my God why did I do that?'... keep your workouts going, stay smart, be sensible when you're going to parties and not just think that like I can just like live like a king every single party... I think the alcohol becomes a slippery slope for everything. It's like have a few drinks and you know what I'll eat whatever I want and the next day you're like 'Oh my God.'

RW: Do you know what the success rate is for "The Biggest Loser" contestants that have been able to keep up the healthy lifestyle and keep off the weight?

Bob Harper: I don't have the exact number but like I really - here's what I know in the big picture...I think the success rate five years down the road is generally on the lower side. So I think that if we have a 50% success rate then we're ahead of the curve.

RW: Do you think there will ever be a Biggest Loser second chances season where former contestants can come back and try again?

Bob Harper: I mean I've always thought that that would be a great show, Biggest Loser second chances, man. I mean wouldn't it? It's like because they know so much but like what did they really learn? I mean I think having those moments on camera going 'Oh my God I gained all my weight back!' What was it like getting into their minds? I think it would be fantastic!

Don't miss the season premiere of "The Biggest Loser: Temptation Nation" on Monday, January 4th on NBC.
