Victor aka Victoria "Pork Chop" Parker is a female impersonator and his nose looks like chopped pork". He had family members to were pageant queens and he knew from a very young age that he would do the same, just in a different format. He first started silicon treatments in 1999 to treat wrinkles. A surgeon's nurse had her own business in her basement and shortly after his treatment he started seeing granuloma's in his nose. He eventually had 6 granuloma's removed from his nose but one was left and his growing. Uncomfortable as Victor, Victoria is ending her career and it's time to be comfortable in both skins. Dr. Nassif wants to take out tissue from behind Victor's ear as well as rib cartilage to help fix Victor's nose. It turns out that during surgery Dr. Nassif finds that Victor's granuloma was actually a blackhead. Uh uh... a zit was causing that bulbousness on his nose. Dr. Nassif continued with the thinning of one side and fixing the tip but did not need the extra tissue from the rib or ear. However, that didn't mean that Victor was in the clear. While in his follow-up appointment, it was revealed that he does in fact have some skin death. He has to go back into surgery for a scar revision. When we finally see Victor (not Victoria) he is on stage but dressed as himself to reveal his newfound confidence due to his new nose.

Kim feels like she has sideshow boobs. After marrying young and having a few kids her self esteem was low and she wanted breast implants. Within a year she had hardening and needed a second surgery. 6 months later she had the same issue. Wanting a C-cup, she ended up a 32-DDD. Th heaviness on her chest was causing physical ailments and eventually found that her silicon implants had ruptured and there was silicone in her lymph nods. They look like boobs with another set of boobs tucked under and she wants to feel secure rather than disgusted with herself. Dr. Dubrow's plan is open up her breast pocket and release the scar tissue to elevate the breast, then put in small implants. When we see Kim's reveal at a family bbq, she looks more confident and admits that her intimate relationship with her husband is better than ever.

Ashlea is from a small town and has always wanted to stand out. She would pierce herself and found sub-dermal piercing and implants so she put stars on her ribcage. She's looking to get her yoga instructor's certificate but yoga movements hurt due to the implants laying on bone. Even though removing them may leave an indent, she is more than willing to go ahead with the surgery... awake. Dr. Dubrow does feel that it can be done under a local anesthesia so her request isn't totally crazy. Dr. Dubrow finds the removal procedure so odd that he requests Dr. Nassif to accompany him. Since she's had the implants for 5 years, the doctors also have to remove tissue that has grown around them as well as scar tissue. The next morning she woke up and could move normally so she's 100% happy.
